Works as advertised. I used a 32GB flash drive and it captured video/audio perfectly. A note (may be obvious); The HDMI output must be connected to a monitor for the device to function properly. I haven't tried HDMI capture, but digitizing an analog source was very easy. Simply plug in your own (VHS in my case) player, connect it to your monitor/TV via HDMI and add a USB flash drive and you're ready to start digitizing your media files. Here's a video showing how the process works.
