Failed to load media. Installation was very easy at first, but it took me a few tries. I had to cycle the bulb on and off at least 4-5 times before I saw it blink. So keep trying if you don't see it blinking. Once the app loaded and the bulbs connected, it was easy. There are many colors to choose from and even flashing modes. Lightbulbs responded to the application. The only downside I would say is that they are not the brightest bulbs. I would say they are about as bright as my Philips 8W 800
