Impressive GU10 bulbs - smooth and quiet dimming

These bulbs are much brighter than the cheap (Ikea) LED bulbs they have replaced in my kitchen fixtures. The pleasant warm white (3000K) color of the lamps themselves is spot on and the resulting color rendering of objects in the room is excellent. Using a Lutron dimmer designed for LED and CFL lamps provides a smooth, linear dimming range from zero to full brightness. These are exceptional 75w Dimmable Filament Bulbs; Very few 75W dimmable lamps are currently available. I replaced the Costco 50W bulbs. eight 4" ceiling lights in a circle in the living room. The room has always looked like a cave. But when installing these lamps we went from late evening light to daylight! Of course we added 200 watts of light output. Replacement of 50W halogen lamps with dimmable GU10 LED lamps

Bought these new LED bulbs to replace five 50w halogen bulbs in a five bulb ceiling light with a maximum power of 50w (for standard halogen bulbs). Conventional halogen lamps have always lasted less than a year. These new LED bulbs are just what I needed as they are equivalent to 75W and finally brighten up a dark office space; and as LEDs, they last for years.
