Very bright! Works well with dimmer

I bought 6 pieces to use with a new chandelier. I figured 6 watts wouldn't be too bright as my new fixture is rated for 5 bulbs. I was wrong, they are very bright and I resorted to a dimmer. (Lutron Casetta intelligent dimmer). I've tried a lightbulb on a dimmer and at 18% and below it will turn off. (There is no flicker at all). With all 5 installed the dimmer works well over the full range (0-100%). Anything over 65% with 5 bulbs is too bright for me. All in all a good buy.

Flicker-free, beautiful white

These bulbs perform better than many other well-known brands I've tested including Philips (Homedepot) and Feit (Costco). It's a beautiful white daylight, in contrast to the bluish tint of previous LED bulbs. A simple way to check for flicker is to record a video in slow motion (240 fps). If you see flickering (or flickering) during playback, then this lamp has an unacceptable flicker level. All LEDs must not flicker when supplied with a good constant current. Finally dimmable Edison-style LED bulb

When simulated filament LED bulbs (called "Edison") first appeared a few years ago, they were either not designed to be operated with a dimmer, or they were they were, but the dimming performance was very poor.
