This is the only way I would connect the UF cable

It was easy to install. The hardest part was applying enough heat to get the shrink wrap to work properly. I had an industrial heat gun but it still takes longer than I thought it would. If the job is done right, this splicing kit will do the job perfectly and is the only way to splice a UF cable.

Not as advertised, buy cheaper repair kit

Does NOT come with two heat shrink tubing as shown. Only one. I hate it when false information is given. I bought this more expensive repair kit thinking it would be double layered for a more reliable repair. Haven't used it yet, I assume it will work, if not I'll come back and lower this rating.

Not as shown in the advert picture.

I purchased this item which cost a little more than other sellers at Revain because it showed 2 pieces of heat shrink tubing to seal the electrical connection. This was the only difference between the brands and the reason I paid the extra few dollars. When the item is delivered, only 1 shrink tube is included. Now I have to order another piece of pipe and wait a few more days to finish the job.
