Great product with room left improvement

It's very easy use - it can easily be used at home or in corporate offices and allows me to have multiple locations setup and ready without having to go in person. I dislike that there are so many different ways to make changes to your display. Every time I need to change something I find myself searching all over for what i want instead of just doing as I would do when using my computer. The interface could be much more streamlined and easier to navigate through. Also, while I realize this…

Positive experience with NXG for both web services and technology implementation

The ease of use (after training). It was easy enough that my son could do it himself if we didn't have techs at our facility during regular business hours. They are very responsive via email or phone when something goes wrong. We had some issues last summer around end of July/beginning August where all of our signs stopped working until they got us back up in early September. That's not good customer service but I know this may be outside their control due to seasonal downtime from hot weather…
