Works perfectly! Love it!

I had a Dell dock that was trying to power the system and was otherwise only used for two displays. With a couple of these and the power adapter that came with the laptop, I'm good to go and my computer won't run out of power. Can I add an additional sixth star? I've been using JSAUX for a long time!

Simple plug and play adapter for Chromebook 11

This adapter works right out of the box. I needed to connect my son's HP Chromebook 11 G7 EE to an external monitor. Just plug in with a DisplayPort cable and get connected instantly. Now he doesn't have to strain his eyes to stare at the small screen all day while studying remotely.

The adapter allows me to connect my laptop to my 4K TV at 60Hz.

at 60Hz on my Samsung 4K TV. The USB-C HDMI adapter is limited to 4K@30Hz. Since my TV only has HDMI inputs, I need to use a DisplayPort to HDMI cable to connect the adapter to my TV.

Rift S Work Transducer

Bought to use my Oculus Rift S with my Asus ROG Zephyrus G GA502DU. Unfortunately, I didn't do any research and found that the S only comes with a display port. I found mixed reviews on whether or not the converter works with USB-C, so I took a chance ordering it and had no problems. Everyone suggested disabling the onboard GPU to make it work, but I found it unnecessary. Works great.

My connection problem was solved

I'm so glad I found this adapter. My work sent me a Dell monitor, but it could only be connected via a displayport or an old-school monitor connector. My laptop didn't have either. Luckily I was able to find this adapter and it solved the problem (and increased my productivity thanks to the extra screen)! I like that the cable itself is short and feels very strong/well made. It doesn't seem to affect the output on the screen. Overall a great purchase that works as expected.

Doesn't work with 2020 Mac Mini M1

Got this in hopes it would work with the new Mac Mini with M1 chip as those systems only support USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) and HDMI output are equipped. Basically I had to create an image of the system I'm working on and that doesn't work with current Macs with M1 chips or at least the 2020 Mac Mini M1 that I have. Since my monitor doesn't have HDMI or USB-C inputs, I had to use a USB-C to HDMI adapter and connect an HDMI to DVI adapter to get the display. Or get a monitor with HDMI input or USB-C…

Works for intended purpose. The 5th monitor cannot be powered by the GPU!

This is a good item and is suitable for powering any monitor with a display port e.g. B. a USB-C GPU port. IT WILL NOT TURN ON THE FIFTH 5TH monitor if you have already turned 4 monitors off.
