DIY Plastic Bottle Rope Maker - Preamer Home Outdoor Green Hand Cutter Review

I was really looking forward to making some plastic bottle rope for my garden. This cutter came without a cutting blade!

It does cut (I am using it on a square gallon bottle that had distilled water in it). It would have been easier if illustrated instructions had come showing how to use it. Also, it would be much easier, I feel, if the device was held rigidly in a vise, leaving both hands free to guide the plastic bottle for more accurate and even strip cutting.

I read the reviews and honestly thought that I would not need directions for this, but it is really not self-explanatory as to how to start the process. It also only works on very thin plastic’s which I didn’t have any of to be honest

This is a great way to recycle plastic bottles.I have read that people can't find any instructions on how to use it, so I hope this helps.First you have to make the bottle smooth. Just rotate it over a candle flame or a stove burner. It won't cut through a bottle when you get it started it tears out leaving only a 3 to 4 inch peice of plastic string. I wont buy anymore of this

Product is very hard to manipulate to have the plastic bottles cut, going back to the pictures of the product, it shows a support block in the wood which doesn’t come with, I think that would have made the difference for this tool to work as its intended.waste of money and I can’t believe I ordered 2! Unfortunately I missed the window time to have return this! Enjoy my money!
