Plastic screws break too easily

I received 2 boxes, plastic screws broke on both. The plastic thread is very rough, even slight tension leads to jamming. At the slightest pressure, the head of the screw breaks by 2, making it impossible to open the box without drilling out the screw, and leaving the box with an unusable lid.

2 boxes received, plastic screws on both broken off. The plastic thread is very rough, even slight tension leads to jamming. At the slightest pressure, the head of the screw breaks by 2, making it impossible to open the box without drilling out the screw, and leaving the box with an unusable lid.

Usable PCB area is much smaller than expected for 4 " x 4 " OD

I wanted to fit a 3.4" x 3.16" PCB, but too many corner braces (plastic vs. screws) left much of the interior unusable (see photo). With an external dimension of 5.73" diagonal, there are approx. 1.2" fewer diagonals available on the inside. With all box sizes of this design, this loss must be taken into account due to the fastening construction. This is just an FYI if applicable.

Not new. The gasket doesn't fit either.

This is clearly not new. Two screws were partially torn off. The box was scratched. In addition, the gasket does not seat properly in the groove, making it difficult or impossible to achieve a weather seal. If I push it into a groove, it just pops out somewhere else. UPDATE: Added a star after installing the box. I'm only giving 3 stars because I'm still upset about receiving a cosmetically damaged, obviously used product even though I thought I'd buy a new one, but it looks like this box would
