Size: 4.5 * 3.6 * 2inch, suitable for most common and wide-neck food cans. Double handles next to it to prevent slipping and keep hands clean. Works with all banks!

Excellent tool. It even works with roll top jars if you open the jar with a can opener because you leave enough room for that filter.

Pros
  • Waiting
Cons
  • Expensive

Too big to work with aluminum cans.

The strainer is well constructed but too wide to work with a standard aluminum lidded tuna can like the StarKist. This strainer is designed for use with steel lids that open with a can opener.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Some bugs

Good idea bad use IRL

So I liked the idea when my wife bought it but it's actually PITA as we spill a lot so it sits in the kitchen drawer and not used with everyone else becomes "How you see crap on TV" and cheap knives you hang up just because you never know :)

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Negative impression

Designed for a non-existent can size

This is not the size listed in the product description but still is not designed to properly tension each can based on the edges and the edge. We've gone through every brand and size of tuna and tried damn cans of soup and the wrong ones that would let you strain without spilling everywhere. I have no idea what type of canned tuna it was for, we couldn't find a single can! I ended up doused in tuna juice and the tuna in the can was completely soaked of all brands and sizes.

Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • May damage

Too big - therefore unusable. Doesn't go well with a can of tuna.

This "Tuna Strainer" doesn't fit in any can in my pantry, be it Bumblebee, StarKist, Chicken of the Sea, Costco-sized cans of Kirkland Signature Tuna, or even a giant can of Baked Beans. This is a complete waste of money. Maybe you want your kids to be able to make pasta out of plasticine? I think it might work for that. As a $9 Play Doh pasta maker, I could give it at least 1.5 or 2 stars instead of the minimum 1 you can give a product. Your offspring won't be using it for penne, sen ai…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Damaged
