Pretty to look at, difficult to work with

The color of the thread is great. Indeed, using a thread is not. It is very difficult to thread a needle with it as it tends to rub off at the end.

Pros
  • This metallic embroidery thread is a one strand synthetic thread perfect for cross stitching
Cons
  • Without automatic

Use yarn to give it a slight sheen.

Using thread to add shine to the knitting. stretches well, knits well. However, this is not a flexible yarn approach, so be generous and use more than you might think if you need lightness in your project.

Pros
  • The thread is combed to facilitate sales
Cons
  • Some little things

It is very difficult to work.

This yarn is extremely difficult to work with. I had an old coil from years ago that worked fine so I searched and found the exact same part. It's possible the manufacturer changed the process as this new thread doesn't stay as 1 thread. I'm only using it because I want to finish this project.

Pros
  • 43.7 yards long
Cons
  • Can't remember
