So far, so good. I had another non-Brother toner that kept locking up my printer, but this one seems to be working fine. Copies are clear.

I've been using one of these cartridges for a few months now and am obviously concerned that it won't work as well and/or last as long as the OEM cartridge, but I went with it because of the price dare. Well I stopped worrying and now I will order these cartridges. Why pay exorbitant prices for the same thing when it prints just as well and lasts just as long. A note though. The ink is dark black and I have to use the toner save option to print everything or the printout is too dark. I can live

The first thing I do when I buy a printer or change cartridges is print some test pages and the pages that come out of it aren't just slightly crooked , but completely confused - stripes, color gaps, blur. Worse, the printer immediately started jamming after just skipping those 10 test pages. AVOID ! ! !

We bought these because Brother cartridges were out of stock and unusable. We end up with a faded color that looks like we're going to run out of ink every time even though it's full. They have turned into a disaster. And if you put even one of these in another Brother's cartridges, the rest will deteriorate too. They all need to be Brother branded to work properly! Sigh. Now it's too late to return the money. We contacted brother support, got a new printer, same problem and today they solved…

The print quality is great for the first three or four weeks, now after two months there is over 50% toner left and the quality is terrible. I wouldn't buy them again. EDIT: Changed to 5 stars due to excellent after sale customer service. The representative who called me wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. See my comment below.

These are supposed to be compatible toners - they fit the machine but the end result is totally unacceptable. I wish I had tried them as soon as I got them. Now I'm forced to use until I can get a QUALITY toner. Very disappointed. The attached image must be an unprintable white area. These shadows and lines appear on every page no matter what is printed. Absolutely unacceptable. Before replacing the toner, the print was fine.

Not suitable for my printer. It's my fault for preparing and buying the toner months in advance so I'll be ready when it runs out. Yesterday I finally escaped, opened the box, tried to refill the toner in my printer and it doesn't even come close! I'm so pissed! We are a non-profit library with a very small budget. We can't afford to spend $60.
