These numbers/letters match - why don't they match?

Not suitable for my printer. It's my fault for preparing and buying the toner months in advance so I'll be ready when it runs out. Yesterday I finally escaped, opened the box, tried to refill the toner in my printer and it doesn't even come close! I'm so pissed! We are a non-profit library with a very small budget. We can't afford to spend $60.
