Not 100% user friendly, and learning curve very long

I like that my dictations are stored for future reference as well by being able create multiple folders within each transcription (eg- Patient X's office visit). The software is not intuitive at all when you're new--it took me about 3 hours before figuring out how everything works! There should be an auto save function so if your computer crashes or shuts off while transcribing there will still have data saved previously entered into this system without having to start over with another patient

Pros
  • This software is very intuitive when you have done multiple dictations but very confusing if you are new to the software
Cons
  • Would be great if it could auto save and auto continue at the end of a paragraph and not have to click save each time

Awesome Customer Service and Timely High Quality Transcripts

The best part about this service is that they are quick when responding back with any questions you may have or issues regarding your transcriptions! Sometimes though there can be some delay between sending files out for transcription which makes scheduling hard because I want them by tomorrow afternoon not next week so please get those transcripts done sooner rather then later if possible!! Great customer support staff as well who always respond quickly whenever needed at all hours during…

  • Fast response time, reliable doctors to transcribe my reports/transcripts & patient notes efficiently in no more than 24 hrs usually within 8 12hrs depending upon how many times i send it off.great turnaround rate too!!! They're super fast getting me what ever info necessary from previous clients' account history..and very helpful via email

Doctor Docs Is Amazing And So Are All Of Its Employees

The customer service is great! They are very helpful with any questions you may have about your account or transcription needs - they really go above & beyond for their clients!! I would like there was an option where we could pay our bills online instead having them come by every month (we live out-of state) but that's not something i can complain too much since this works best as far as billing goes anyways so no big deal :) Great place overall if price isn't important then use doctor docs…

Doctordo has been such wonderful medical provider and most certainly worth any costs

I like that they provide me with my own patient file so when i need something else for another client or myself (such as an xray) all is included! The only thing about doctordocs you should know before signing up would be how much your transcription will cost per page since there are many different options available depending upon what type/size docuement /page etc..you choose at signup time - not just one price which could change later if their pricing changes but also keep track because this…
