🚗 DODOFUN 13-pc Bulb 6000k LED Interior Light Kit for 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner Review

Price seems great but within 6 months all the lights went out. First went the license plate lights, which worked for about 3 months, and then the interior ceiling lights. The only ones still working are the two small lights on the windshield.

The kit contains all the bulbs I needed to convert my 4runner interior lighting to LEDs. But a few starter bulbs are already flashing. I think you get what you pay for. Not all flicker, but I was expecting these lights to last a little longer.

As for the 1997 SR5 - just enough right sized bulbs to complete the dome lights, map lights and dash but the rest I have left doesn't fit in the air conditioner or the glove compartment. I also had to manually remove the T10 size cylinders to fit the slots for my license plate light receivers.

I bought this kit because my kids always have the lights on and we don't notice until the battery dies the next morning. This headlight kit was cheaper than a new battery which I don't want to buy sooner as the headlights stay on, the headlights are also very easy to install and much brighter than the OEM headlights.

They all worked well. Installation was somewhat and relatively easy. It should be noted that I had difficulty installing the skylight - the insert seemed so strong that I was afraid of breaking the fixing. Not sure if this is unique to my car or if the shape of the LED itself doesn't quite match this connector. All others passed with no problems. But for the price I would recommend it.

At first they seemed to work well and shine brightly. Within a year the interior light (from the door) lost half its brightness due to burnt out segments and started blinking like a strobe light. A few months later, the cargo light started doing the same. Try searching in the dark with a flash as the only light source. Not funny. waste of time and money. Replaced the dome and loading lights with LED bulbs from another Revain supplier (ASIN B07BRCZ4PM) and have had no problems for over 2 years…

Update December 2019 (1 year) Now that I fully test the LED kit for a year. I really should test these LEDs. I placed these LEDs all over my interior. The temperature of the lights is 6000K and they are a little bluish. I personally don't like it but the performance is great and they get the job done. I've left the map lights on several times over the past year and they still worked without destroying the car battery. The design of the LED lights is tricky. He did his job in those 12 months…
