I ordered this waterproof backpack for walking my dog during the rainy season. I live in Portland so I really needed a waterproof backpack. Not sure what the problem is, but it didn't take much rain for this backpack to completely soak and actually keep the water inside. I was very disappointed. I hope to find really waterproof packaging.

The bag looks nice. Works well with three clips. I still have to use it on a 5 day hike and see how it holds up. The dog doesn't mind at all. In fact, it is more oriented towards you and therefore obeys better than without a pocket. The bag seems quite small when you open it (we're an average size for a 60kg Labrador Retriever), but it's big enough to fit your food and water.

Great packaging. It stays on my lab mix without rubbing or restricting movement. After about 10 minutes, she finds that she is "further" on each side when wearing it. It is a durable material with strong stitching. I really wish it was lifting (climbing/climbing) compatible and had a through hole at the top instead of a handle, which only seems useful for carrying the backpack without a dog, but otherwise a good thing.
