Requires frequent charging.

Works very well on our German shepherd, no more aggressive barking or biting. The only negative is the battery in the collar, it needs to be charged frequently.

reliable, consistent and easy to use.

As a professional dog trainer, I have used many collars over the years and I find Dogtra products to be the most reliable and consistent. I've bought a few hundred of these over the years and have never had a problem with any of them.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Doubt

Died at the age of two from dogs

This collar goes well with our Doberman Pinscher. Usually the vibration function works to alert him or remind him. However, sometimes he is a bit stubborn and we have to use static shocks. The shock function stopped working after two years. Now I have to buy another one and at these prices I'm not happy with it! I buy another brand; disappointed by Dogtra.

Good product. fits electronic training collars

This has been a LIFE changer for me and my dogs. Now we can take her for a walk, who goes crazy when she sees other dogs. Before this product, she actually attacked a small dog that needed stitches, so we stopped walking, which was tough for both of us. She would try to attack and spin out of control, but now she's not even looking in the other dog's direction. If she sees another dog, she looks at me and treats me closer. I only had to lightly slap her less than half a dozen times for her to…

Electronic training collars are worth the money

We don't have a stubborn dog, but we want him to behave off leash. This model was recommended to us by our dog trainer as you can really fine tune the level. Trust me, just a few steps make all the difference. At 20, our big old Bernese Mountain Dog won't hear when his nose is stuck in a pile of goose droppings, but at 23, he won't even touch the tastiest excrement! I don't insult my dog, I just remind him how to behave.

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • will be added later

This company used to make the best products on the market. There are new possibilities. This one wasn't that impressive. I absolutely hate that I have to take my dog's collar off and get it to the little red dot on the back of the phone to turn it off. My dog saw me doing it and now she is deaf to the phone. Such a silly way to toggle an element on and off. The only good thing about this product is that the battery lasts a few years. But they'll need a fortune to replace it. This company is…

works for almost all dogs I suppose. there is for our 4

We used these simulators for various problems. basically to stop barking when they are outside. We take the remote control and vibrate the collar and they stop. They shake their heads and change their minds about what they are doing. I didn't have to shake it, but the vibration is perfect. I have a small dog that can't stop, so I have to constantly vibrate, vibrate, vibrate his collar. Sometimes her lungs or her whole body (I feel like that's where she only has lungs because she's the loudest…

  • all the best!

  • I won't say anything

The battery life is incredible and our dog has transformed.

Niko (3 year old German Shepherd) just needs to SEE the remote control enter our hand and a GESTURE puts it in perfect alignment. So you don't actually have to press the button as often, which contributes to a longer battery life. You should NOT regret choosing THIS trainer for years to come. It was our neighbor Pat (US military). Dog handler K9) who introduced us. He uses exactly THIS model on the dogs he trains. And after recommending him for our dog's destructive behavioral rehabilitation, 8

I have a good dog (no longer barks at door/window)

I have to start this review to say ONLY BUY IF YOU HAVE A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER to teach you how to use this collar use properly. I can't stress enough! Our dog trainer Donna came to our house to practice this exercise with our 2 year old Cocker Spaniel Milo. Milo earned the nickname "Chatty Milo" because he constantly barked at people, dogs, and squirrels, and even blew leaves when the front door or windows were open. I tried to fix the situation myself but to no avail. So I called our dog…
