Very strong collars, harnesses and leashes

We bought this for a Great Dane puppy and we love it. Our trainer recommended it. I like that it's waterproof and very durable.

I like the product but the instructions are terrible! I had to ask Revain for help and they called the seller. They didn't tell you how to turn it on!

Great battery life so far

Works great so far. We used to have an older model and at some point the battery died. We've had it for about two weeks and can use it with our pup most of the day for about 3 days.

All in all a great collar; Quiet sound

Overall very happy with this collar. The remote control is smaller, just what I wanted and easy to use. Battery life is good - I charge about every three days. I would give 5 stars if the sound was louder.

Buttons no longer work

Advantages: Our trainer recommended this product to us because he also uses it. This is a great way to get the attention of an energetic dog lost in their own world without hurting them. Something like a pat on the back. The bad thing: After about two months, the NIC button stopped working. I tried to contact Dogtra several times, but as I was struggling with multiple chronic conditions and already had a full-time job, I couldn't make the effort to resolve this issue.
