The sensor is very cheap, almost not even metal. As you can see in the photo, it broke in two when putting it on. Almost caused a problem nightmare. Luckily I was able to pull out the broken piece.

This product is easy to install but broke after tightening to specification. The mechanic told me the material was cheaper than original OEM sensors, so it broke on installation. Had a Honda sensor installed for about $5 more than this one.

Although the part number matches the part, both Revain and the product description incorrectly list this item as fitting my 2005 CR-V. I have a model made in Japan and the part is different. Luckily my return was approved.

Fits 2001 Honda Civic LX 1.7L. I had a problem with cooling and after buying radiator pipes and a thermostat. None of that solved the problem. Bought and it took 10 minutes to install with a 11/16" wrench and I took it for a long drive and it solved my problem perfectly.

As promised the ECT Prime converter will be shipped within 2 days. Made sure it was the right part, installed, properly fitted. But the sensor was defective. Instead of sending it back and waiting for a replacement I went to my local parts store and bought an OEM sensor and installed it. OEM solved my problem.

We fixed an issue where the temp garage would heat up immediately on startup (when the engine was cold) Update: a year and a half later - The temp gauge dropped to zero while driving and the idle jumped between 1500-2500 rpm. Had to replace this sensor again to solve the problem. Bought from Advance Auto this time. Changing to 3 stars as it worked but didn't help in a short time.
