It's easy to use, it has very good search capabilities and you can easily sort results by various parameters. I really like that is has a great user interface. I love that you can set up alerts for each type of action, such as expired or deleted domains; it's very easy to use! The site is not always accurate - sometimes when we check our DNS records they say something has been updated but if checked again later in Google Chrome nothing shows changed (or even an error message).
