The old belt started to slip during mask making. I took my vintage typewriter to a local sewing store but they didn't have a 13 inch belt and didn't know when or if they could get one. Found this at Revain. Good reviews, including vintage cars like mine. arrived in 2 days. I found a video with detailed instructions on YouTube. I installed it myself although I'm blind! Belt tightened the first time!

Bought because it was cheap and easier than going to a sewing shop in town, wish I'd just gone to the shop. As soon as I started the engine, the belt snapped and snapped. Not suitable for Kenmore 158.650 which require a flat belt. My fault, I'm sure this works fine for other models or manufacturers. Check before you buy! I didn't want to give low stars because it's not a bad product, just not what I need! Oops!

Exactly what I was hoping to find. Although the size around the motor and flywheel was 14.5 inches, that was too long and didn't take into account the elasticity of the belt. 13" band is spot on. This machine was manufactured in January 1894 and was originally powered by a foot pedal but now has a more modern electric motor fitted to the rear of the machine.
