The replacement foot is great, but be prepared to provide your own mounting hardware. Atwood/Dometic may assist customers by including a spare long rivet or machine screw and locknut.

The old one was riveted for attachment. This one has large holes and the arm needs more drilling to match the holes in the leg. And you must use a screw. No rivet or screw is included. Just one foot. Otherwise it is definitely OEM. Except for the size of the mounting hole.

Works great. Super easy exchange. It would be nice if the kit included a rivet for attachment, but that's ok. I only have a 1/4" bolt and lock nut that will do the trick. My RV is old so it doesn't need to be perfect and beautiful. If you want it to be perfect and beautiful be sure to order a mounting rivet to match. Good ones processing and quality.

Some days it's just as good to be stupid as all day. This is a strong awning leg, much stronger than the original because it has a stainless steel pin instead of the metal pot like the original. Now if you're buying this as a replacement for the 8100 series, beware! The rivet holes must not match the awning bracket. That's not a defect, this foot isn't designed for this hand, but it's better than the old one. Simply drill new holes in the awning bracket, attach with a new rivet or long bolt and nut.
