I bought it new/open box cheaper than I could buy a few parts I wanted to swap on my Dometic porcelain toilet. I was able to reuse the existing flange, I just had to attach it to the water supply pipe so it was flush on the other side (shark bite connectors made this very easy). I got 300 toilets from UPS a day early. The box was cut open from above around the entire perimeter and taped incorrectly, leaving a large hole. I examined the toilet and saw a deep cut on the lid with a stationery knife. The sewer pipe was missing. I installed it anyway. The toilet was installed in 5 minutes instead of the Thetford toilet.
