It's a bit tight and stiff when you first use it, but protects your ulnar nerve when you're propping your elbow on a chair back all day.

Very good protection. I have several Don Joy products. Their customer service isn't great (it's really bad), but their products are very good.

I bought this pad to protect my elbow due to an injury but the foam is really hard. I'm sure it's good for what it was apparently intended for, but it's too heavy for my poor elbow. I returned it.

My podiatrist recommended I treat olecranon bursitis (something I didn't know about until I was diagnosed with so many adventures of old age). Anyway, the sleeve worked wonders. My elbow went from the size of a tennis ball to the size of a ping pong ball in about a week and a half. Hooray!

Decent compression (better than the cuff I bought at the drugstore) and the padding protects against accidental impact with a sensitive elbow. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the pillow had hollow bladders, but it's actually a hard piece of foam that is less forgiving than I was hoping.

Mu's husband has bone spurs on his elbow and has had an operation before. This elbow pad perfectly protects the sensitive nerve that runs through the elbow without increasing its volume. It doesn't compress too much either - just the right amount. This allowed him to use his opposite arm a lot more without having to worry as much about an injured elbow. Great find!
