Great aftermarket replacement

Fits and works great as a replacement for my daughter's 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L V6. This solved the "part-time" problem in two-wheel drive.

Pros
  • Heavy duty
Cons
  • Expensive

That does not work! in gearbox and gearbox

Missed return deadline and lost money. It did not work. This put my 4WD and 4 Low into emergency mode. Tried resetting codes and TPM to no avail. I installed the Mopar switch and solved all the problems.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Make sure it works before the return period expires.

I have purchased this product in the past and it works great. It didn't work properly this time. Unfortunately, my return period has expired. OEM was more expensive but worked.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Trade-in

Jeep Liberty is no good.

Didn't work right away. It's almost impossible to turn it on. In the end, my 4WD light only came on in the low range and I had to shake the knob to get it. Too bad the return window closed so I lost $45 in paper weight. My advice is to buy OEM.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not bad

Did not help but solved the problem

I had to replace the sensor to get rid of the flashing light on the Neat in 2WD mode. The sensor is not working and now nothing is displayed on the Tidy. So that solved my problem, but those looking for a truly working part should just buy the OEM. As others have pointed out, this part just doesn't work.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • there are nuances

Poor manufacture

Less than one star. Do not buy. Will not work with Selec-Trac transfer case. Poorly made switch, poor threads, switch feeler too long, does not indicate correct transfer case mode. Indicates the correct ohm resistance; However, if the probe is too long, the switch will think the transfer case is not configured the way it actually is. Got a replacement, same problem.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some issues

Useless!: Spare parts

I should have followed the other reviews with one star! This switch has been confirmed by the dealer to be defective, which is a common problem with this aftermarket product. It registers 4WD when it's actually idling and doesn't register 4WD when it's high or low. Now I have to uninstall it and install a new one, OEM this time. Do not buy this product. This is a divorce!

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
