Easy Fix for Transmission Issue

Based on our own experience, the Dorman shift interlock actuator is a great solution for a problematic transmission .It`s easy to install and works effectively to fix the interlock issue. The only downside is that it might not be easily affordable for some customers..

Perfect fit for my 2004 Ford F150 (new model) with shirt center console

Switch toggles out of park. I also found out a long time ago that the cruise control no longer works. This one part fixes both problems. The dealer charges several hundred dollars for each repair and often replaces the entire switch assembly instead of this small part. This part also comes with new zip ties and brackets, so don't worry about storing the factory zip ties and brackets.
