This gasket was a complete waste of money. When I tried this product on my car's engine, it failed after just a few months. The gasket simply couldn't hold up to the heat and pressure of the engine, causing a major leak that resulted in expensive repairs. The only positive thing about this gasket was the initial ease of installation. Unfortunately, that small advantage was quickly overshadowed by its ultimate failure. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more reliable gasket.

I replaced my factory GM manifold after it was visibly warped and ordered a set of these gaskets for a new inactive intake manifold. Each spool is individually sealed, unlike GM's one-piece seal. Note that these will only work if you have a Dorman intake manifold. It worked great and was tight the first time.
