I don't know why I keep buying Dorman products. They rarely fit. The o-ring slid right in with silicone grease and a light hammer blow, but none of the screws would align. Finally, I wrapped each of them and slowly tightened them. Luckily they didn't clean the aluminum.

Perfect fit for my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. I changed that, the water pump, the lower radiator hose and the V-ribbed belt at the same time. There are no component leaks. I originally bought 626-305 and it has an extra connector on the side, look at the part on your car and make sure you buy the right one, they are not compatible.

I removed the lower radiator hose and noticed that the metal tube inside is coming loose. It was probably the original from the factory so I don't mind replacing it now. This is easy to miss when replacing the stock radiator hoses. I don't think they fail often, but when they do, they're easy to replace. Good product. I suggest you clean the area around the motor mounting point before removing the old one. This seems like a good place for dirt/oil to collect on these motors!

Item as advertised. The O-ring does not need to be lubricated. The engine MUST BE COLD to remove the old pipe. Loosen, but do not remove, both 13mm tube mounting screws.
