Pos. The fit of this item is HORRIBLE. I would be ashamed to release this product.

I bought this for a 1995 Jeep YJ. As mentioned in other reviews, this item is not suitable. I had to take it off a few times to sand down the material around the lugs just enough for the air intake to fit properly. Spend the extra money and buy one that fits properly. I haven't even started the jeep so if the quality is terrible I'll come back and comment.

It works with some grinding to match the intake manifold but it's cheap Chinese cast iron

Well if you have 2.5L they could be a problem in the exhaust manifold department but this replacement required some massage. mount with a grinder on the intake manifold. I was able to sharpen the cast iron exhaust manifold, but the aluminum intake was easier and quicker. After it was said it started to sound a lot better and now time has passed it looks like the exhaust manifold cracked. Last replacement lasted 5 years before cracking, this one didn't last too long. They are made in China so…

Tried to save a buck and he bit my ass

Dorman should be ashamed to have her name associated with this piece of junk. I am an automotive technician. with over 40 years of experience and I read all the reviews on this product before I bought it. So I was ready to sand the thick cross members of this piece a bit, but I wasn't willing to take it on and off 3 extra times because it had to be sanded almost everywhere the bolt/washer made contact with it. I would not recommend this part to a novice auto mechanic as

I only gave it 3 stars because I know how to modify auto parts for a novice auto mechanic. I would only rate it 1 star. I had to alter 3 spots on the manifold just to make it fit, including sanding the spots that were too high and too fat. Also, the heat shield had to be modified in order for my air intake to fit properly. For a part that should fit, IT DOESN'T FIT! MUST BE CHANGED! Poor quality and fit

Bought to replace the original header for my 98ft Wrangler 2.5L. The price was good so I decided to give it a try. The first problem concerned the intake manifold. The intake manifold is located above the exhaust manifold on its underside. First I mounted the exhaust manifold, which was a good fit on its own.
