Suitable for direct replacement

This part was ordered to help diagnose a communication problem with the accelerator pedal and throttle body. This part installs and works as advertised.

Five stars for parts

I installed it on my 2003 GMC I still had the same problem I found the problem was caused by loose soil on the back of the heads on the motor, cleaned and dont problem didn't have

Spare part available.

Works as well as the GM part. Save your money and get this, but also make sure the TAC module isn't a problem. It is installed on the firewall side of the drivers. Revan hit the spot again. Thanks very much!

Will not work with GM's electrical system. Decide .

Will not work with GM electrical system. To solve the problem I had to buy genuine GM parts. Tip: When ordering electrical parts for GM, only order genuine GM parts. Aftermarket parts may be cheaper, but they don't work.

Perfect fit for my 2003 1500HD.

Replaces my 2003 Silverado 1500HD. Although this sensor failed the multimeter test because the resistance jumped around when pedaling, it didn't solve my constant "motor derating" problems. I kind of had a suspicion that the bottom of the three possible pieces wouldn't solve this problem, but I was hoping. Note: This sensor was installed on my car with torx security screws. They look a bit like a hex screw (torx looks more like a star) but the shielded version also has a small pin that prevents
