For my 1989 GMC truck

I had to rebuild the entire fuel line on my truck this week. Which work. I ordered these items to help with this major project. I'm just glad I was able to use these parts to get my truck running again!

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Wanted to use this but didn't need it.

Wanted to use it but didn't need the extra length. Instead, I used Dorman 800-170 3/8" x 4" steel fuel line repairs since they were shorter and cheaper. This one may come in handy later, but for now it's hanging in my shed.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

Perfect Fit: Replacement

This was the perfect fix for my leaking fuel filter line. I have an '04 Pontiac Grand Prix GT2 and my fuel line was rusty and corroded on my old fuel filter so it needed to be repaired before I fitted the new filter. I looked at the price of the entire line, which was supposed to be around $150. This part saved me a ton of $$$. Thanks very much!

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Expensive

Alternative solution for rusty round fitting

This was a great fix for a rounded/rusty fuel filter port that couldn't be removed (2004 Monte Carlo). into the filter. Just for your information. Do not try to bend/shape the leash by hand, it will kink. For perfect bends without kinks you will need to use a pipe bender with clamp (see photo).

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Fits
