Fits in car but does NOT fold. General. In any case. I know what a folding mirror is and how it works; it's not that. I didn't return it because the car needed a mirror to drive. I suspect dilemmas like this are why they don't bother to update the product description, although more than one review mentions it. They think you won't return it because you need a mirror, period, and come to terms with the fact that they lied when they folded it.

Damn! The damn thing worked like a charm for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I have no idea why you're complaining about the damn thing not opening. It's not like the original. It's almost the same damn mirror as the original so why don't you just stop complaining about damn almost everything and just say thank you baby jesus, the damn mirror will save you a ticket you idiots! No complaints, the mirror works great!

Didn't expect to become such a regular customer but I park on the street and my car has been swept sideways 3 times in the last 3 years and one broke at the car wash. 🤬 This mirror is just as durable and works just as well as the original. Broken Passenger Mirror needs to be replaced with a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. Looks pretty much the same as the manufacturer's, except the base (the triangular part) doesn't sit nearly as flat as the manufacturer's, but it's really very minimalistic. As such, it has a matte black finish, making it easier to prepare for a custom paint job. I don't currently paint it to order, but if I do I don't want to deal with nail polish removal.
