Never worked with interior

Never worked. I asked someone else to help me get it working and neither of us were able to get it working. The company would NOT take it back. It was a waste of money.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

That does not work. for anti-theft

my husband is a mechanic and spent an hour getting the key fob working, following the instructions of course! He repeated the instructions many times. Do not go. I hope I can return.

How to program. - Interior

I bought this to replace another remote control. I've tried 3 times unsuccessfully and it still doesn't work. This is a 2000 Subaru Forester. What else can I do. I've programmed others before.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Instructions aren't the best

I have a 2005 Subaru Legacy, the instructions were quite complicated but I watched the video and got it a second time and it works so well I found it cheaper than going to the dealer trust!

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • So far so good

insanely easy to set up!

the instructions seem very brief at first glance and like it would take forever to figure out i was able to program it onto my car in about two minutes and now i can lock my car properly πŸ€—πŸ€— worth the price of having a working car remote controller.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

No need for an old programming remote.

Works perfectly. I was worried because the programming instructions said to unlock with the old remote first. Our old remote is dead. My daughter was able to program the remote without the old remote by following the instructions.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Works so far, easy to program

So far it works. It's only been a week and it's still working. The imprint on the tailgate button is already worn. Programming was easy. Sometimes I have to press the button multiple times to open the doors, only in the morning when I use it for the first time. I don't know if it's the battery or what.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Works with 2004 WRX

I was a bit skeptical that this key fob would work as a replacement for the old remote that came with my generation WRX (2004) but it works great. My original remote didn't have a trunk lock button so the button on the new fob doesn't work. My only criticism is the high price for a third party product. Otherwise, the replacement works as you would expect from a keychain and looks a lot better than the original.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
