I like that this tool allows me to have all of my important files in one place, so if anything goes wrong with something there are no missed emails or documents! The interface could be made more intuitive but it's not too difficult once you get used to using everything as intended by Google (and maybe even learn some shortcuts).
This works well when we need access from different places at work - emailing customers directly through their inboxes insteadof having them come into our office forβ¦
