Previously worked well with compatible replacement ink. However, after installation, the printer did NOT recognize any color or black cartridge, probably because it was not an OEM cartridge. At this point (05/21), the printer suddenly indicated that the black cartridge was inserted incorrectly - it was leaking. I'm not sure if the OEM will do the same.

These cartridges are great. Buying a second time and couldn't ask for more. Received here quickly, price was correct and upgraded to XXL! If your printer cartridge is sold here, you really can't get it better anywhere.

I don't leave reviews if I really hate or love a product. This ink cartridge works great with my Brother MFC-J995DW printer and is much cheaper. I only printed one thing, was amazed it worked (because I've seen other people having problems with some of the brothers' printer DD cartridges) and came here to write a review before I even got a full color page forgot which I printed out good. me. No noticeable difference to Brother ink.

It was great, just install and go. Had to clean nozzle heads on magenta, but they must have been like that from the start! A great alternative to branded cartridges that cost 2-3 times more.

I do not expect a refund for ink purchased. Can your technicians tell me how or who to bring my printer that can clear clogged yellow ink nozzles? As I said in my first email to anyone I've ever spoken to, this is my second ink purchase from Double D and so far I've been pleased with their performance.
