I used the mop once and the mop broke on the first attempt to remove the mop head for washing. Bad quality and I totally regret the purchase

I really needed a dusting page that met my expectations. The other pages are good too if you want to quickly swipe. The only thing that bothers me is the handle. They didn't thread together as well as they should, if that doesn't work I can always get a one-piece grip from Lowes.

I can't believe I found a better dust mop! This one is great, it spins and doesn't get stuck. The lid is easy to remove and put back on. Two different sides allow you to do different types of mopping. How boring is living with a pandemic that I'm so worried about a dust mop? THAT'S GREAT! TO BUY.

This mop was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is exceptional and feels extremely durable and the replacement cases are very thick and great quality, they look like they will last a long time. I've only had it for a few days but I'm very happy with the quality of the product for the price.

Our home is all hardwood and tile. We have two large dogs that love to shed and it's so unsightly on the floor and so easy to spot. This mop/broom was a great solution! It's so quick and easy to clean your dog's entire coat. The little broom and mop comb was a great addition too as it makes it easy to scrape all that fur into the trash.

UPDATE: First use was great. In the second house I cleaned, the squeegee broke at the pivot/hinge of the pole. I did a SIMPLE cleaning. A complete waste of money. I clean houses for a living, so I'm very picky about what I use on my clients' floors. This mop/rag is a game changer. I can use it on any floor - tile, laminate, vinyl - without damaging it. Easy to use, durable mops. I just toss them in the wash with my rags and they come out brand new. And this thing can ROTATE! A+++

We've used it to wipe lanterns, door frames, corners of walls where furniture can't be moved, and today we used it as a damp mop. It works great and the only thing we need are spare mop heads. When you're doing a high volume cleaning, you don't want to stop and do one mop head at a time. Some gave me cleaning lessons and then uploaded them the next day. Please consider supplying additional mop heads otherwise I may have to buy a competitor just for supplying them. Thanks very much!

Love this product! I was considering ordering to eliminate the constant refilling of disposable pads. My 2 dogs shed a lot on my dark wood floors it looks crazy. It's easy to use, absorbs great (pity how heavy) and great to use under my furniture. I shake it lightly in the trash (read the review not to shake it hard) and run my hands over a soft cloth to clean further. Yes, there is a cleaning device in the kit, but it suits me. To top it off, it washes fantastically in the washing machine…

So I've bought so many different sweepers and brands it's crazy. I ended up needing a new one and settled on this one. Cheaper than I've bought in the past.
