Pretty Good Trays

I bought these after noticing Mrs Anderson's 43707 Baking Trays had all but disappeared from the market. While not as impressive as Mrs. Anderson's sheets, they still do the job quite well. For the most part they can bake cookies without oiling the sheets and I can remove cookies without breaking most of them. They don't allow you to take the cookies straight out of the oven like Mrs. Anderson's pans do, but they work well enough. some warm water and a paper towel. It was nice that they came…
