Water tastes good. We returned the first set of cartridges as they severely restricted water flow. We checked the lines and opened anything that needed opening, we ordered a second set and it does the same thing so this is the correct cartridge to order but it definitely restricts the flow of water for cold water so it takes some time to fill the glass or fill a pot

In 2015 I installed a W9331032 single filter on my countertop. Bought and installed 2 new filter cartridges in May and November with used element cleaning after 3-4 months in 2016 and 2017. This keeps my tank clean and provides great tea, coffee, drinking water and most importantly my wife. I like. Yes, in a few months I will be ordering a few more filter cartridges. Thank you for your help with clean water.

3 1/2 stars. Firstly, the water from this filter is very tasty and lasts a long time. HOWEVER, I broke about 3 or 4 of them by accidentally "tightening" the filter too much and snapping off the plastic thread piece. This part must not be plastic! Please fix somehow. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to break the filter after you've used and cleaned it. I screw it back in with just my thumb and pinky and break it anyway. It should not be.

This is the best filter I have ever had. The water tastes good, and when the flow slows down, it's time to clean the filter. You simply remove it and use a clean, abrasive sponge to scrub and rinse away any brown particles (probably organic debris) that have built up on the ceramic filter housing. Then put the filter back in place and let it run for a few minutes to rinse it out. The water still tastes great after cleaning, and the process can be repeated for many months to save money. I…
