Details are in millimeters not inches

I drill 3/8 diameter holes for wood pegs but the peg size is 10mm which is 0.394" so it won't fit the hole so I had to drill it larger. The description gives the measurements in inches, this is not exact.

Trying to line up your dowel holes correctly? These pins go into the first hole and mark the center of the second hole so your dowel connections line up perfectly. A simple and effective way to improve the accuracy of tongue and groove joints in wood. Well thought out and the pins have some resistance to keep them from falling out when marking the center of the second hole.
