Forget it.Old stock

follow-up check. First 2 purchases from Safeway and Revain were good then I could only find it from Revain so I ordered again. It was hard as a rock, not poured out of bottles. I returned it today for a refund. Too bad it used to be a good product. No longer! Old stock or production problem. That must be why it's no longer on store shelves. Buy at your own risk :-(

So thick it won't spill out of the bottle!

Overall I like this product but the last shipment of two Downey handles was terrible. The first bottle was so thick I had to put hot water in the fabric softener dispenser. I did this for a couple of weeks, then got angry and opened the second container. It's so thick it won't flow out of the bottle! Missed return date, my mistake. Future purchases will only be made in store.

Long wait for product delivery after pre-order - high expectations - disappointing results

Disappointing for a number of reasons. #1) The weird transparent measuring cap (which is hard to hold if you have arthritis like this reviewer) is designed to force the user to use more than the regular unscented Downy fabric softener (our usual brand). Also, the graduations inside the cap for pouring out the correct "dose" are difficult to see. Downy's regular unscented fabric softener has a much better measuring cap, why does this product end up with such a poorly designed cap? #2) This…
