Dozen 48 Short Perm Rods Hair Care Review

I needed these and was glad I could still find them! I went back to my "Wave Nouveau". The only "problem" I've encountered is that you have to be careful with the strain on the elastic. About 3 of them broke. You need to wrap them tightly to get a tight curl. Also 1 of the top caps broke in half while I was curling the curl. I didn't press the cap and it broke! Therefore only 4 stars. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the white ones from Maya Beauty, they run large. The rubber band felt like it was about to snap, and the edges of the plastic ribs were a little jagged, catching on my ends. I had to be very careful and slow while installing and uninstalling. I have curly hair and wanted a more defined look, but I think girls with straight curls or perms on the ends will prevail, so be careful and choose a good seller that I personally like, Azela Beauty (spelling is me not sure, sorry) 😁

These are the classic perms you see in the hair salon. I've used them twice with no problems. This product comes in 4 packs of 12 sticks each. You will receive 48 perm rods. I actually use these wands to curl my hair after the shower. The 7/16 long white perm wands work well on my brunette, fine and shoulder length hair. I sleep well on them. I love these perm wands and would recommend them to anyone looking for classic perm wands.

I use these wands at the end of my two strands and the curls come out very tight and clean. I find perming irons easier to use than curlers on my natural hair, but not as easy as curling irons. I removed one star because sometimes the end caps detach from the elastic making them unusable.

I gave my mother a perm and these rods were horrible to use! It was very difficult to roll them up tightly and then trying to get the stupid connector at the end to hold them in place was next to impossible. And then they would still unfold, and I had to stick new paper on top and try again—again and again! We did a perm following the instructions - but the curl didn't turn out so well - the rods are to blame. Our opinion was that whoever designed these wands never tried them on anyone's hair…

Received my order today. Very fast delivery. I'm just a little disappointed that the yellow poles were so dirty. These are all brown and black spots, I'm afraid to touch them because I don't know what they are. It would be nice if someone would check the item before shipping.
