A Great Deep Black & WATERPROOF

I have about 20 different black inks in my ink box. These inks and few other brands have deep, rich blacks and are 100% rock and water resistant. Many inks say they're waterproof, but they're not! This will definitely be one of my black ink transitions from now on.

Pros
  • Large selection

Do good for your customers!

I ordered ink for my daughter for a calligraphy pen that she received for Christmas and the ink bottle was delivered broken because it got too cold and froze in the mailbox. I was very disappointed and left them a note saying it was broken as it cannot be returned. Two weeks later, I received a package with all the colors of ink. We look forward to having fun learning calligraphy. You made our day with Dr. Ph. Martin!

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Some bugs

According to advertising on the drawing, painting and art consumables

This ink dries quickly and does not react with water after drying, so it does not smear. You can erase after the ink has dried if you want to pencil your work before painting. Even if you choose to use water, the ink spreads quickly and with a large radius. Black saturation and depth is very deep, which is great. And if you want to create a gradient with ink, you can combine it with a wide water stroke and create a fade effect. All in all I was very impressed with this mascara.

I bought it because it is waterproof.

I love that this ink is waterproof. Not all calligraphy inks are waterproof. They are ideal for writing calligraphy over watercolor work and prevent accidental ink smearing when touched. They dry quickly and I can paint over the ink with watercolor without smudging! I found this ink to be a bit runny when I first opened it, but I got used to it. Just keeping the lid open for a while helped the consistency of the ink and calligraphy. Because of its water resistance and quick drying ability, the…

Pros
  • Luminous ink made from the finest pigments.
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I bought this ink to try the online Inktober painting challenge. I have never used pen and ink. Solid black, very fast drying, waterproof - good to use with watercolors. I was also interested in experimenting with ink. The bottle closes well - I traveled with it in my luggage, nothing leaked. My only gripe is the bottle's narrow neck - often when dipping, the ink would get caught on the tip of the holder and I had to stop and clean it. After this happened several times, I got into the habit of…

Brilliantly Black in Painting, Drawing and Art Supplies

I LOVE Dr. F Martin. Colors match appearance in bottle (after gently shaking and weighing sediment), truly waterproof, no fading. The ink doesn't bleed or bleed all over the place, it works with every nib I've tried (wide range, every modern Leonardt, almost every modern speedball, a few others) and almost any paper (anything that will scratch your pen). expressly excluded). It's a thicker ink than many you can find - it bleeds well, smoothly, without cracking, but you don't want to leave it…
