Mixable colors for brush lettering

I love this ink in combination with a hot pink that can be mixed with a brush to create beautiful brush lettering.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Little things

Beautiful vibrant color

I use this product in all aspects of my art from resin to painting. I diluted it and filled it with a spray bottle, painted with watercolors, everything except calligraphy. Not my jam. Requires vigorous shaking, the pigment will settle.

Pros
  • Drawing
Cons
  • No Auto

worst case. And it's SO PRETTY

I write with my own ink, usually with quills. After getting that, I actually went and bought the whole set (both numbered sets). The ink is thick - you can use it directly on an artist's pointed nib or dilute it with alcohol for use in regular nibs. The paint becomes transparent when thinned, so keep in mind how much thinning you need and how much paint. I can use this full thickness on any paper with my artist quills and it doesn't bleed. It takes longer to dry than sumi ink, but not so long…
