Soak your feet in them after a long walk and they'll be like new again. Sometimes after a 5 mile walk I soak my aching, burning feet and "Oh my god”, my feet feel ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I use this product when I get leg cramps. I always have regular Epsom salts from Dr. Used teal and it helps a little, but this mix really hits the mark. It relieves muscle pain, tension, and spasms and even calms my skin, which is just an added benefit. Some people might not like the smell of menthol, but I know it has pain-relieving effects, so it smells good to me. I'm just sorry that this mix is getting harder and harder to find.
