I had to add a swing hitch and it worked. Looks a bit pricey for a piece of steel but since it keeps my trailer from wagging the dog I really can't complain too much!

Works well so far. Driven 300 km with it. It took a while to figure out exactly how tight to set the stabilizer, but the adapter held up. We had my brother weld it to our hitch as suggested by some of the other comments and now it's as good as it was made. 300 km driven and everything is fine.

Product was easy to install but had a little side to side play which caused the entire structure to come loose when towing a trailer. Due to the extra play, it was bent. I had to stop in the middle of Montana to straighten it and eventually weld it to the hitch before continuing my journey. I still give it 3 stars because it works perfectly now that it's welded on.
