These were purchased to make Seed Bags. They were a little smaller than expected but still worked great. The only problem was that the heat press melted the string.

Bought these bags as a collection for each of the kids at day camp. Every day they collected beads, thread, fun pieces of styrofoam and whatever else they could find. Much better than plastic ziplock bags. They didn't break and most didn't get lost thanks to the ability to name them. We had 68 children at camp during the week.

I bought these for my advent calendar and put iron digits on them, they were perfect. If you decide to add an iron I suggest putting wax paper in the inside of the bag and I covered the bag with a thin cloth and iron to protect the bag, it worked great. The iron I use (Cricut brand) does not use a foil iron on burlap. But with the technique I used it worked fine. Also, be careful not to put the iron on the cord, it will melt.
