UPDATE 2: I completely forgot about the fiasco I had with this seller last time and spontaneously bought a pair for my daughter without the seller returning for 2 weeks and to see in peace. haven't had any problems yet. Nice sandal but too big. I ordered two pairs for my preschoolers, one wears size 9 sneakers, the other wears size 11 sneakers, so I ordered sandals in the correct sizes. When they arrived they were huge. The size 9 sandals were huge for my child who normally wears a size 11. More than 2 shoe sizes smaller. Looking at other reviews it seems like there have been sizing issues before that many people have reported being resolved, but unfortunately that's not the case for us. I still gave 2 stars…

I have ordered two shoes of the same size. Large child size 4. Shoes come in a bag and both bags state they are a size 4 as does the shoe itself inside but as many others have said shoes are too big one is definitely MUCH bigger. The larger boot fits my 7.5ft adult. What the hell? How could it be so bad. That is really funny. So if you decide to buy shoes, you should be aware that they may or may not be the right size.
