Great tool! Easy and fun! I bought this to engrave the names of pets and family members known for my wife's rock garden. Advanced family name engravings and housewarming gifts. It was perfect for what I needed it for. I bought a separate drill that was larger, but the engraver itself was good. Great little lightweight Dremel tool, perfect for me. I don't like the lack of compatibility with other Dremel accessories, which limits the use of oversized collets. This model is only suitable for 1/32-1/8 parts, which didn't suit me too much. I bought this instead of a flexible shank for a larger tool because it was hanging tool up in the air and flex shaft lubrication/maintenance sounds like a major pain in the neck. Very disappointed as this was dispatched from Revain's warehouse and came in a sealed, pre-opened box. There was no description of the amps when ordering and when the product was received it was only a 0.5 amp unit as stated on the tiny label. It's very small, has a two-piece cable with adapter and a headphone jack to connect two cables, which are very easy to detach.
