Poor copies

Whatever it is, this is NOT a Dremel 9901. Shank to head. Also, one of the 3 tools I ordered has burn marks on the metal suggesting it may have failed. Finally, they don't come in a Dremel box. They come in a plastic bag with a sticky label. If you scroll the interface, they might suit you. If you are into slotting, it will NOT get you the right slot size!

Pros
  • Application: carving/engraving/etching (turquoise color code)
Cons
  • Some errors

Best beats!

I have bought about 10 of these bits. They ship very quickly. Cheaper than what I buy at my local hardware store. I love these beats. They can easily break if you are not careful and don't know how to use them properly. They are designed to operate at higher speeds when used on metal. I use them almost every day to cut stainless steel. They work great 👍. They're really great for softer metals like brass, aluminium, plastic and even at lower speeds. Just a great hit. Diverse application…

Works with some materials

This bit cuts through plastic with ease and leaves a very nice smooth edge. Doesn't melt plastic or leave jagged edges. Will also cut wood but I wouldn't use it for steel. When I tried to use this bit on sheet metal from a computer case, the bit made a lot of noise and cut very slowly. Cutting the sheet metal damaged the teeth of the chisel and broke the teeth. Luckily I left when I was ahead and my lure is still usable with softer materials. Haven't tried cutting aluminum with it, it will…

Pros
  • Tungsten Carbide
Cons
  • Requires Drive Socket
