Great tool and a must have!

Loved the battery life and no cords! Makes using the dremel much easier. I avoided buying it for years thinking I didn't need it. It turns out that I can do many tasks well with other tools. Dremel makes it easier and faster. Cut out the protruding parts of the nails and screws. cutting drywall. Fix cabinets. Sand hard-to-reach places. Love it!

Arrived worn and used

I paid a lot for the premium quality that Dremel used to offer. I paid a lot because I want the best. So when I receive a Dremel that is missing half of the accessories INCLUDING WRENCHES, with the box open, with used blades, with sawdust on the tool, with scratches and with a motor that makes a very loud grinding noise. I don't know whether to be frustrated, angry, or both. I have not paid for a refurbished one let alone a worn one! The Dremel didn't even have the decency to hide that it had…

Okay, just big and heavy. and that lame wrench!?

My first Dremel so I don't know what to compare it to other than expecting it to be smaller and lighter. It's not small in the hand and certainly not light - and I'm a big guy. But I know tech is always a compromise of compromises and Dremel was there a few times this quarter so I'm assuming this zucchini size was needed for torque, speed, battery life or a combination of both, so I guess ok, ok, but I'd still like one that feels and controls more like a magic wand than an impact wrench.
